We are now accepting applications for the 2013-14 school year. Seats for the 2012-13 school year will continue to be offered according to grade availability. Open Enrollment for the 2013-14 school year will remain open until February 28th. If at the close of Open Enrollment the number of applications submitted exceeds the number of seats available for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be processed in order to determine who is offered a seat at the school. All application submitted within the Open Enrollment period will have an equal opportunity for admission, regardless of whether they are submitted on the first day or the last day of Open Enrollment.

Enrollment Information Sessions
The following Enrollment Information Sessions have been scheduled to provide parents with enrollment information about Charter Schools USA, more specifically about Renaissance Charter School at University. All Information Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time.

Renaissance Charter School at University will offer at our facility tours between the hours of 9am to 11am on Friday mornings. To schedule a tour please click here.

In the event that the number of applications for any grade exceeds the number of available seats, a random lottery will be held. If a lottery is required the date that the lottery will be processed will be announced and the results posted on the school website. Please note that the lottery is both system generated and random.

The lottery for the 2013-14 school year has been processed. The results have been posted below, by grade level. Applicants selected in the lottery will receive a notification from the school. Applicants who were not selected in the lottery have been placed on the waiting list and will receive an offer should a seat become available.
A lottery for 1st, 4th, 5th, and 7th grade was run. The results of that lottery are not posted and no offers extended, because at this time there are no seats available in that grade. In order to ensure impartial selection, the order of the waiting list has been determined through random generation, just like the lottery.
Families who have accepted an offered seat at Renaissance Charter School at University may bring their completed registration packets to the school between the hours of 9 AM and 11 AM (Monday - Thursday).
Prior to the start of school, families are required to submit a completed registration package. You may download the registration checklist and the entire registration packet here. Please print the packet out, complete it, and return it to the school.
Families that have accepted an offered seat may submit their registration documents between the hours of 7:30am-1:00pm (Monday -Thursday).
